Korean Saeng cake /chinese fresh fruit gateux

What makes this different from any  european fruit gateau is the cake inside. Its an asian style – chiffon sponge cake and airy soft like a piece of cloud. A bit tricky like any foam based cake but totally worth it. Moistened with syrup, fruits and whipped cream.
